This covers thrivari.com and its waitlist. Questions go to [email protected].
The short version
- We use what you tell us to get in touch about Thrivari.
- We look at how people use this page so we can make it better.
- We never sell your information or use it for ads.
- Ask us to delete it any time, and we will.
When you visit
Like most websites, we see a few basics about each visit: roughly where you're browsing from, based on your internet connection (your city or postal area, never your address), what kind of device and browser you're using, and how you found us, such as a link or an ad.
We also see how people use the page, like which buttons get pressed and where someone stops partway through the form, so we can make it easier. We don't see anything you type until you press Join the waitlist.
To tell a first visit from a return one, we keep a small random ID in your browser. We never store your IP address.
When you join the waitlist
We keep what you enter: your name, email, phone number, business website, staff count, role, and your answer to the optional question. We also connect it to your earlier visits from the same browser, so we understand how you found us.
How we use it
To talk with you about joining Thrivari as an early partner, and to learn what your business needs. We may email, call or text you about your request. We won't send automated marketing texts without asking first.
What we'll never do
Sell your information, share it for advertising, use cookies or third-party trackers, or follow you around other sites. Because everything stays on this site, we don't act on Do Not Track signals.
Who else has access
Only Cloudflare, which runs this site and stores the information for us. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep your information while we're in touch. If joining doesn't work out, we delete it 2 years after we last spoke. You can ask to see, fix or delete it at any time by emailing [email protected], and we'll take care of it within 30 days. Clearing your browser's data removes the random ID.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't meant for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We'll update the date at the top when this changes. If a change affects information you've already given us, we'll email you first.
