Terms of service
Last updated September 22, 2026
These are the terms between Thrivari and a business that uses it. They are written in plain words on purpose, and they still bind. If you booked an appointment at a shop that runs on Thrivari, the part that applies to you is at the end. Questions go to hello@thrivari.com.
The short version
- You get the booking site, the dashboard, and the connections, for the price we agreed.
- Your data stays yours. We run it for you and never sell it.
- Use it honestly, text only people who gave you their number, and keep your PINs private.
- Either of us can end it. You get 90 days to take your data with you.
1. Who we are
Thrivari makes booking, dashboard, and shop software for service businesses, reached at hello@thrivari.com. Thrivari is a trade name operated from Washington State; until the company is formed, these terms are with the person who runs it, and this page will say so when that changes. "You" means the business that signs up, and each person you let use it on your behalf.
2. Your account
The owner is responsible for the account and for what the people they add to it do. Each person gets their own PIN. Keep them private, do not share one PIN between people, and tell us straight away if you think one has leaked. You choose each person's role, and the role decides what they can see and change.
3. What you get
A booking site under your own name, the dashboard, the texts and emails the service sends your clients, the reports, and the connections to Square and Google Calendar. We keep improving it, and we tell you before we remove anything you rely on.
4. Fees
The price is the one we agreed in writing when you joined. It is billed monthly, it does not include sales tax where that applies, and it covers the texts and emails the service sends in ordinary use. We give 30 days' notice before a price changes. If a bill goes unpaid for 30 days after we remind you, we may pause the service until it is settled.
5. Your data
Your clients, bookings, notes, and records are yours. We hold them for you, act only on your instructions, and use them only to run and improve the service. We never sell them, share them for advertising, or use them to train software. Your privacy page is here, and we give you one to show your clients here.
You confirm that you have the right to give us the data you bring, including your clients' phone numbers for booking texts, and that you handle it lawfully on your side. You can ask for a copy of everything at any time.
6. Connections
Square and Google Calendar connections are between you and those companies, under their terms. We read what the connection allows and nothing more. You can disconnect at any time. We are not responsible when they are down or change what they offer, though we will do our best to work around it.
7. Payments
Payments between you and your clients are handled by Square under its terms. Thrivari is not a party to that transaction, does not hold the money, and does not decide disputes between you and a client.
8. Using it properly
Use the service lawfully and honestly. Do not send texts or emails to people who did not give you their number or address for booking, and follow the rules on messaging that apply to you. Do not try to reach another shop's data, copy the service, resell it, or load it with automated traffic.
9. Being there
We aim for the service to be up all the time and do not promise it. When we need to take it down for work, we tell you in advance whenever we can. Support is by email, and we reply within one business day.
10. Ownership
We own the software and everything we build for it. While you subscribe, you may use it. You own your data and your brand. You let us show your name and logo on your own booking site, and we name you as a customer anywhere else only with your say-so.
11. Ending it
You can cancel at any time, and the service runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We can end it with 30 days' notice, or at once if you break these terms in a serious way or stop paying. Either way, your data stays available to take with you for 90 days, then it is deleted, apart from payment records the tax rules make us keep.
12. What we promise, and what we do not
We promise to run the service with care and as described here. Beyond that, it is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost bookings or lost profits, and our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits anything the law does not let us limit.
13. Changes
When these terms change in a way that matters, we email the owner 30 days beforehand. Carrying on after that date means you accept the change.
14. Disagreements
If something goes wrong, we talk first. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and its courts decide anything we cannot settle between us.
15. If you book at a shop that runs on Thrivari
Your booking is with the shop, not with Thrivari. The shop's cancellation policy, shown when you book, is the one that applies. You get texts and emails about your own bookings, and you can reply STOP to any text. You sign in with a code sent to your phone, so keep your phone safe and do not book on someone else's behalf without their say-so. Book honestly; a run of no-shows or fake bookings can get an account closed by the shop. Payments and cards are handled by Square under its terms. Thrivari is not a party to the appointment, the payment, or any dispute about them. How your details are handled is here.
