SMS and text messages

Thrivari sends text messages on behalf of shops that use its booking system. Texts include one-time login codes, booking confirmations, reminders, and appointment updates. We never send marketing texts.

You opt in by entering your phone number and requesting a code on a shop’s booking page or staff dashboard.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@thrivari.com.
Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.
We will not share or sell your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Telnyx delivers our texts.

This site and the waitlist

The short version

We use what you tell us to get in touch about Thrivari.
We look at how people use this page to make it better.
We never sell your information or use it for ads.
Ask us to delete it anytime, and we will.

What we see when you visit

Roughly where you are, like your city. Never your address.
Your device and browser, and how you found us.
Which buttons people tap, so we can make the page easier.

We don’t see anything you type until you tap Join the waitlist. A small random ID in your browser tells a first visit from a return one. We never store your IP address.

What the waitlist keeps

What you enter: your name, email, phone number, business website, team size, role, and your answer to the optional question. We link it to your earlier visits from the same browser, so we know how you found us.

How we use it

To talk with you about joining Thrivari and learn what your business needs. We may email, call, or text you about your request. We won’t send automated marketing texts without asking first.

What we never do

Sell your information, share it for ads, use cookies or third-party trackers, or follow you around other sites. Nothing leaves this site, so we don’t act on Do Not Track signals.

Who can see it

Only Cloudflare, which runs this site and stores the information for us. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

While we’re in touch. If joining doesn’t work out, we delete it 2 years after we last spoke. To see, fix, or delete it anytime, email hello@thrivari.com. We’ll take care of it within 30 days. Clearing your browser’s data removes the random ID.

Children

This site is for businesses, not for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We’ll update the date at the top. If a change affects information you’ve already given us, we’ll email you first.
